This is a full-time, fixed term position working 37 hours per week from Monday to Friday. You’ll have the flexibility to work from our offices in the city or from home.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll support the design and delivery of multiple organisation-wide programmes and projects such as digital skills, leadership development, workforce planning, staff engagement, health and wellbeing, performance management, change management and behavioural change. Responsible for giving OD advice, you’ll recommend interventions that connect to ongoing organisational strategies, programmes of work and department objectives. The work you do in collaboration with key stakeholders will ultimately add value across the organisation, continuously improving the experience for leaders and their teams.
What you’ll need
You’ll have experience of supporting the designing, delivering, or working with third parties to support the delivery of OD and learning and development interventions. An organised individual, you’ll work at pace and under pressure, prioritising tasks to meet objectives and deadlines. Passionate about OD and cultural change, you'll demonstrate creating thinking in the development of interventions which engage staff. Using OD diagnostics, tools, techniques, and principles, you’ll support recommendations and develop added value resources for key stakeholder groups. You'll have strong written and oral communication skills and be a proficient user of the Microsoft suite.
